Arrowtown Golf Course

Another tough day at the office! Our final session with First Tee Golf was fantastic.  Mitch setup two great activities of driving and putting. We had some great matches with the putting where Levi got a hole in one to win his match but one shot! Lucas still can't believe it. A massive thank you to Mitch who ran eight brilliant sessions based around not only golf but key themes such as courtesy, respect and confidence.

  2. A few days ago all of room twenty walked to the Arrowtown golf course. When we got there Mitch told us a few rules then we got started. First the whole class got split up into two groups, one group would go off to the putting green, and the other group would go and take some high and long shots somewhere else beside the putting green. I went to the long shots first. There we got into teams of two and hit the golf ball and made it fly in the air. I was with my friend Nell. At the end we had to go and pick twenty ball each per groups of two.

I had a lot of fun and everyone else did as well!

  3. The Golf was fun. Some people struggled but everyone improved. It was good to test our skill in golf. Also it was different because we got to use the actual golf clubs, and it was different.
Lots of us had fun, and that is what is important.
